Eleanor has worked in the NHS with people of all ages and backgrounds. She can provide psychological therapy for individuals as well as working with children and parents, using evidence based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), systemic theory and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Child and Adolescent Psychotherapeutic Counsellor
The counselling Hege provides is integrative, which means it draws from various models and can be tailored to the individual. In the main it recognises the importance of building a good relationship so that clients can feel safe enough to talk about or creatively explore the issues that have brought them to therapy.

Natasha is passionate about the potential counselling has to enable changes for us all, and her years of experience have only grown this passion further, as she sees people gain so much from the process of counselling, time and time again.
